I had left over whipped cream sitting in my fridge. Plus my oven was heated up for dinner. Thus my decision to make one more Heavenly Pie. When I arrived at the homestead we devoured it in the first half hour.
It takes 6 egg whites. Who can forget our visiting comedien one time who mashed up the left over egg shells ( in a "Julia" manner) and called her concoction Hellish Cake.
